TutorSync provides a technology platform that connects tutors and students. Tutors are independent professionals who use TutorSync to offer educational services. TutorSync does not employ tutors, guarantee specific results, or endorse any particular tutor. Students and tutors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, qualifications, communications, and conduct.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You may not misuse the Service, including attempting to access data without authorization, interfering with operations, or engaging in abusive, discriminatory, or illegal behavior.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by TutorSync’s published policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. TutorSync makes reasonable efforts to maintain a reliable Service but does not warrant uninterrupted availability and disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
